Hi guys!

Anath from Oishii-Manga pointed me to a very nice visual novel called "True Remembrance". I haven't played too much yet but it looks beautiful and imho conveys feelings similar to animes like Haibane Renmei and Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou - and its free. So if you like those give it a try. Ah - and yes you read right - It's free and for everyone to download.

The good thing is that because it's free some guys actually translated it to English - don't worry - no patching needed.

Isn't this just a nice Starter-Kit for Visual Novel n00bs? (btw I'm quite new to them too though)

One last tip: use the torrent if you can. With the torrent i was finished in like 3 minutes - the DDL was 19 kb/s or so. i plan to host it here on my server too, but i need to contact the guys first so i know if I'm allowed to.

Hi there!

By chance (forum thread from illuminati-manga.com) i found out that the download section looks really messed up when viewed with Internet Explorer.

I fixed that problem now andhope there are no other problems like this. if there are though please let me know!

Till today i received several E-Mails about different matters concerning this site.

Honestly - I'm happy to help, but most of the time the SAME questions are asked again and again. Moreover the questions you ask can be helpful to many other users as well.

So PLEASE - use the forum from now on. Yes i know you need to register but i think its not too complicated to do that. Also from the poll i started i know that around 15% of you users don't like the site for some reason. I think that's interesting as i really have no idea why. So - please let me know!

Well as you can see on the post bellow everything took a little longer than expected ^^

But now i can say .... it "could" be finished. What i mean is: Everything that's important is there... but partly not 100% working (at least not as i want it to). So i consider the current site as something like a beta and you guys are my beta-testers!! Yay! Don't worry its not hard to be my beta-tester at all, just check out the site - drop me a message on the forums (or comment here) and tell me whats not working (please!!!). Well ok- if you don't want to it's ok too.

If you have problems with the downloads you can just use the old site too (see "Downloads") BUT (again) before you do that tell me whats not working.

Well so here I am - totally nervous - launching the new website.

Welcome back!

Welcome to our new Manga-Download.org Portal.

But i can tell you: when I'm finished this is going to be a 100 times better than before. There'll be one design, one user-account for everything (forums, downloads, newsletter, etc) and hopefully better download speeds. There's more traffic too. We have 15000 gig transfer now . That's more than twice the amount we had before.

So all i can do right now is wish you a pleasant stay. Be patient - there might be some things that don't work in the beginning. And, as always, have fun reading!!!
